Everyday
To-dos are the small jobs people give each other: ring the venue, chase the PO, pick up the Kapa. Each says who it's for, when, and which job, and whoever it's for is told. Plana never adds one by itself.

Click To-dos in the sidebar. Type what needs doing in the box at the top, like “Ring the venue about access”. Beside it, Me picks who it's for (tick more than one), No date picks the day (and a time, if it matters), and No job picks the job it's about. Press Enter or Add.
Whoever you give it to gets a notification straight away, in Plana and on their phone, and it shows on their Home under Needs you, To-dos. On the morning it's due they're told once more, and if it goes past its day without being ticked, once more the morning after. Never more than one message about a to-do in a day. They can turn any of these off in Settings → Notifications.
Tick the round box beside a to-do when it's done, on the To-dos page, on Home, or on the job. Undo on the message puts it back. Done shows what's been ticked, and who ticked it.
Mine is what's on you, Everyone is every open to-do you can see, and Done is what's been ticked. Each list is in order: Overdue in red, then Today, This week, Later and No date. Click a to-do's words to change them, or its who, date or job underneath to change those. The ⋯ beside it removes it (it asks first).
A job's Overview has its own To-dos, with a box to add one for that job. You can also right-click a job in the list, or use Job actions on the job, and pick Add a to-do. Anyone who can see the job can see its to-dos; one with no job is only seen by whoever made it and the people it's for.
