Everyday
When someone rings asking when the installers will get there, or a job comes up near a site, you can see where everyone is. Each person chooses to share their location from the Plana app on their phone. It's sent while they work: in your work hours, on a job site until they leave it, and on the day of a job of theirs outside the work days (all the time, if they choose that themselves). The owners and admins see it, and Plana forgets it after 30 days.
Open Settings, then Team. Under Work hours, pick the days and the start and finish times, then Save. Until you change them they're Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Outside them, a location is only kept while someone is still on a job site (until they leave), on the day of their job outside the work days, or when they've chosen to share all the time.
Click Staff in the sidebar. The map shows where each person sharing was last seen, and the table under it lists everyone: their role, whether they have the Plana app on their phone and when they last used it, whether they're sharing their location, and where they were last seen (at one of your venues, on the road, or elsewhere, and how long ago).
Click a name. Their day shows as a line on the map, and the venues they stopped at are listed with the times, like ICC Sydney, 9:10am to 11:40am. Pick another date to see an earlier day, up to 30 days back.
Anyone can stop from their phone (More, then Share my location, then Stop sharing) or from Your profile on the website. Forget where I've been, in the same places, deletes everything Plana kept from their phone, after asking first.
Plana is job management for signage, print and events.
Every job, email, proof and invoice in one place.
