A window of its own
In your Dock or taskbar like any program, back where you left it, with the menus and shortcuts you'd expect. Signing in happens in your usual browser, where Google already knows you.
Your job folders, kept in step
Point it at the folders you already have. Plana works out how they're laid out (by job number, by year and job name) and puts each job's files in its folder. You see exactly what it will do first, and it never deletes anything.
Both ways, if you like
Turn it on and a file you save in a job's folder is added to the job, waiting for you to put it on a line. Or keep it one way: Plana to your computer only.
Your workshop network
It sees the printers and cutters on your network, and other computers in the workshop can find it, ready for sharing big print files without downloading them again.
Plana works the same in your browser in the meantime. Open Plana · Get the phone app
