Step by step

   Open a job

   Tap Jobs, then the job. Its details, lines, comments, the customer's link, paperwork, money and orders are on one page; scroll down for install contacts, photos and who's on it. Tap More at the top to put it on hold, copy it, make it a template, price every line or archive it.

   Add or change a line

   Tap Add line, or tap a line to change it. Type what it is and its size, then tap Material and type a few letters of what it's made of, like kapa 10, and tap it. Its thickness, colour and size show underneath, each to change on its own. Not on the list? Tap Use “…” as written, under the matches. Say whether it's printed on one side or both, then tap Save. From product adds a line from one of your products instead.

   Tick off steps and approve proofs

   Under Save on a line are its steps, its artwork and its notes. These save as you go. Tap Done on a step when it's finished, or Add a step. Approve a print file for the customer, or tap Ask for changes and say what. Add a note for Printing or Install, and they see it on their Home.

   Send the customer their link

   Under Customer portal, tap Send to customer to text or email the link where they send artwork, check proofs and approve them. Send to installer at the top does the same for the install. Comments shows what the customer has said; tap one to reply.

   Quote, job sheet and invoice

   Under Paperwork, tap the quote, job sheet or invoice to get it as a PDF to email, print or save. Tap Mark quote as sent once it's gone. Under Money, Raise invoice bills what's priced, and Record a payment when the money comes in.

   The print queue

   On the floor, tap More, then Print queue (Printing's Home has a button for it). Pick a machine or a material, tap Done when a piece is finished, or + to count them off. Tap a piece for its files, notes, Reprint and the job.

   Find anything in a list

   Any long list you pick from, like materials, statuses, suppliers, steps or a job's items, has a search box at the top. Type part of the name; a small slip in the spelling is fine. Return takes the best match.
