Connect Gmail, Google Drive and Calendar
Plana works with your Google account the same way it works with Outlook. Each part is its own connection, so you only share what you choose: Gmail for your email, Google Drive for your files, and Google Calendar and Sheets together. Plana reads what you connect to file it on your jobs. It never deletes or changes anything in your Google account, and it only sends an email when you press send.

Good to know
- Connect Gmail and Drive separately: you can share your email without sharing your files, or the other way round.
- Everyone connects their own Gmail. A business on Google Workspace connects each person's mailbox the same way.
- You can also see and remove Plana's access in your Google account, under Security, Your connections to third-party apps.
