Your job list spreadsheet
Lots of shops run the year from one spreadsheet: the job list, coloured in as jobs go out and get paid. Pin it in Plana and it's one click away, looking just as you laid it out. Plana reads it again whenever someone saves the original, and marks what changed since the last time, so you can see what the office changed this morning without reading every row. Plana never changes your spreadsheet.

Good to know
- Your colours stay: if green means invoiced in your sheet, it's green here too.
- Ask your assistant about it, like “what's due this week on the job list?”, and it reads the pinned copy.
- The cross beside Re-read unpins it. The spreadsheet itself isn't touched.
Plana is job management for signage, print and events.
Every job, email, proof and invoice in one place.
